3. Scope, period, and timeframe of information

Location and subject of the statistics: inmates of the Pingtung Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice Standard time of statistics:

Dynamic information denotes the information for the entire year (month), where the yearly information starts from January 1 to December 31 of the year, and monthly information starts from the first of the month to the end of the month.

Static information denotes as the information on the last day of the year (month), where the yearly information is that of December 31 of the year, and monthly information is that of the end of the month.

Definition of the statistical items：According to the provisions of “Statistical Vernacular Explanation of the Ministry of Justice.

Units of statistics：person, person day, month, New Taiwan Dollars.

Time of release：mid-month for monthly information; mid-January of next year for the yearly information.
